Street Swag

Harlem, New York

This first photo speaks volumes to me... against a backdrop of nonsense reality tv, reality passes us by.
This gentleman doesn't need to pose for he camera to be in the spotlight.
What I also like here is that this is a weekend shot, and he just came from the coner store. I really like the fact that the look isn't a uniform... it seems to simply be him.


One thought.... old school Harlem, not upper east side, or upper west side Manhattan (like they call it now).

  2. I especially like the first photo. You are so correct in that it is a great contrast with the billboard. So much so that it makes "reality" show appear even more absurd.
